We thank Maquet et al 1 for their interest on our article entitled ‘Increased risk of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in patients with autoimmune haemolytic anaemia (AIHA): a nationwide population-based cohort study’2 and the by Zhu 3 ‘Risk idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP): study’.
